One of the most asked questions – and of course understandably so – is, “what if I don’t like my final audio product?”
I completely understand your apprehension. You are ordering an entirely custom product so we are creating something brand new from scratch and you want to be sure that you will like it! While we do have plenty of voice over demos and jingle demos you can listen to on our website there is no way of telling what you’ll actually get until that finished production is completed and ready to download.
Firstly – there is plenty that we can do to prevent things going wrong. Pronunciation guides, special instructions and clearly communicated requirements really help. You can communicate this all before you even place an order using our contact methods. As much as we would like to be we are not mind readers! Make sure to communicate with us on your order – there are clearly labelled special instruction boxes included in our jingle maker.
There are plenty of audio samples on our website – they are great if you are looking for inspiration. You can always get in touch beforehand and our team of Audio Specialists can help you with the process.
What If Something Truly Goes Wrong?
We will accept any reasonable change requests (such as wrong pronunciations, if you don’t like effects or music used or we simply have misinterpreted your instructions) and we’ll make these updates free of charge!
If a change however contradicts your initial instructions or you need a change of script – we will charge 50% of your initial fee for this to be done.
